Automotive Warranty Assessment Training

This one-day Automotive Warranty Assessment Training (CQI-14) offers a best-practice approach to managing warranty processes with the consumer in mind. The training develops skilled practitioners familiar with the CQI-14 assessment tool, enabling organizations to implement best practices in warranty processes. It includes a hands-on example of completing the assessment and utilizing the results. Attendees should bring a laptop to class. Additionally, the course covers the No Trouble Found (NTF) Decision Tree Tool, which helps identify root causes in warranty issues. Course materials will be provided upon registration.
