Hotel and Additional Information

CANCELLATION POLICY

Registrations cancelled 30 or more business days prior to the program date will receive a full refund. Registrations cancelled less than 30 business days prior to the program date, as well as NO SHOWS, will forfeit all fees. Substitutions are welcome.

HOTEL INFORMATION

The Hyatt Place hotel is now sold out. We have another room block at the DoubleTree by Hilton Detroit Novi (42100 Crescent Blvd., Novi, MI 48375) for the nights of October 2 and 3rd for $145 per night.

You may book your rooms online.

Individual cancellations must be received no later than 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival. Cancellations received within 48 hours will be billed one night's room and tax.

All reservations must be made by September 11, 2024.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

All AIAG in person events will follow the COVID guidelines as recommended by the CDC at the time of the event.
