The Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) 3rd edition manual maintains a considerable amount of content from its previous version, while introducing notable updates on the managerial aspects of APQP, as well as certain technical tasks. These revisions include an increased focus on risk mitigation, more upfront planning around sourcing, and other key changes that ensure a more comprehensive approach.

Spanning a total of two days, this training is intended for current APQP practitioners looking to understand what's different from the previous version, managers seeking clarity on how these changes will impact their organization, and auditors who need to update their knowledge of APQP to meet new requirements.

Course topics include:

·         Relevant changes so you know exactly what's about to happen to your APQP program based on the new edition.

·         Examples of various new elements so you understand what's expected from the transition.

·         Increased commentary for the managerial side of APQP so you grasp the underlying conversations going on.
